March 13th Market (Vendor RSVP)
VENDOR RSVP for Sunday March 13th from 1PM - 5PM.
Spaces for farmers are free of charge, simply show up.
Spaces for all other vendors are $40 per 10'x10' space.
Spaces for food trucks are $80.
Food trucks must pay in cash on arrival. Please text (915)355-0479 to be approved and confirmed for the weekend if you are a food truck that would like to attend. Food trucks must be shorter than 24ft.
Spaces are first come first serve upon arrival. Each vendor is responsible of bringing their own 10'x10' canopy and tables. All vendors must park in the designated vendor parking area. MUST CHECK IN NO LATER THAN 12:30PM. ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROMOTE OUR EVENT FLYERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. WE WILL BE SETTING UP ON THE PARKING LOT CLOSEST TO CINEMARK IN BETWEEN SEARS AND MENS DILLARDS.
NO CBD Vendors, Beverage Vendors (aguas frescas, lemonade, boba tea), Marketing Booths (Insurance, Dentistry, Solar, etc.), and Second-Hand Goods Vendors are not allowed. No longer accepting any more Spicy Gummies (Dulces Enchilados / Chamoy) Vendors, and no longer accepting any more MLM Vendors (Avon, Mary Kay, ItWorks, Papparazzi, etc). ONLY FOOD TRUCKS CAN PREPARE AND SERVE HOT FOOD (this includes elote, nachos, and hot snacks as well) UNLESS APPROVED BY OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM IN ADVANCE. Food item vendors can only sell cottage food items that are prepackaged and do not require to be prepared/cooked in your booth.
